Inconel 625

Inconel is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy.

High tensile strength, resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion as well as high corrosion fatigue strength means that Inconel 625 is often used in seawater applications.

Inconel is also widely used in the aerospace, nuclear and chemical processing industries.

Hastelloy C276

Hastelloy® is a nickel-molybdenum alloy which offers excellent resistance to pitting and cracking corrosion.

The Molybdeneum content means that Hastelloy is strong at high temperatures, making it suitable for welding applications.

Hastelloy is widely used in chemical applications as it offers resistance to corrosion from both oxidising and non-oxidising acids.

Monel

Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy. It offers high strength, weldability and corrosion resistance in many environments, including seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid and alkalis.

Monel 400 is tough over a wide range of temperatures, offering good mechanical properties at subzero temperatures and can be used in temperatures as high as 1000F.
